Yay, another debut! I love debuts. :D (Yes, that’s a hint that I love shooting debuts. :P Like duh.) So thank God last May 21, 2010, He gave me one, and a circus-themed at that at the Grand Terrace Venue in QC. :D

Inna is a student from Ateneo (booooo… I kid, I kid XD), and the responsible student that she is, she actually brought a reviewer, because she had a quiz the day after the debut. How about that, huh. XD And I’m not kidding either. You’ll see it later. :D

All this was organized by her very nice dad, Sir Perry. :D I think he was more enthusiastic about it than she was. Haha! :D

So, without any more ramblings from me… welcome to Nuvo Cirque! :D

Here’s a little preview from my shoot for Imagine Nation Photography last May 21, 2010 (that’s a Friday :D ). It was Inna’s debut (obviously), held in the Grand Terraces, and it was circus-themed. :D The event was called Nuvo Cirque. It was a really full blast production, which is why it’s really cool. Hopefully it will be posted soon, but here’s a little preview. Awesome emote by Inna, and really great dress too! :D Enjoy and keep coming back to www.noelsalazar.com for more updates. :D

Who knew that last February 21, 2010, God would bring me to a debut? I certainly didn’t. XD But of course, I think you all know this by now, I love debuts. XD So I was certainly very happy that day for the chance to cover one, especially since Jen, a student of UP Diliman, was just a really great subject to shoot. :) She loved the camera, the camera loved her, so everyone’s happy. XD (Side note: for some reason, it was the rest of her family who was being shy for her. Don’t ask me why. XD)

For Imagine Nation Photography. Special thanks to Camille Vergara of The Best-Case Scenario. :D

So Myki is gonna have her debut on the 19th of March. If I remember correctly. Haha. XD Camille set up this pre-debut pictorial for her so that… I don’t know, maybe so she’ll get used to being photographed. Haha. :D We shot this at the Manor Superclub in Eastwood. Just sharing. XD

Side note: Myki is a student of DLSU-Taft. This shoot and talking to her made me remember that I was a frosh in college… 7 years ago. Oh man, I feel so old. XD

For Imagine Nation Photography, shot with Jowell Mariano.

First of all, December was a hectic month, so please forgive me if I haven’t been able to update lately. Here’s a little something to make up for it my dear followers. XD

Oh and secondly, Happy New Year! :D

Moving on…

Maybe God decided I needed a break from weddings, so He sent me a debut to shoot. Works for me. :D I met Renz and her family a long time ago, like… 4 months or something before her actual debut. It’s like it was meant to be that I was the one who was booked. I was there, Jay Jay told me to go talk to them, they weren’t particular about any photographer, and so… well, I got the booking for her October debut in Oasis. Yeah. XD It was a fun night, and stress free. :D

Her debut actually had a butterfly theme, so all the traditional 18 candles, treasures, and roses, they all got called something different: 18 wings, nets, and… I forgot. Sorry. :D

And you will see that everything was practically butterflied (yes, I know that’s not exactly a word :P ).

Angela’s Debut 6.13.09

November 20, 2009

For Imagine Nation Photography (http://www.imaginenationphoto.com), shot with Erron Ocampo and Marie Rimmer.

Okay, sue me, I’m pathetic. I’ve been Imagine Nation for so long already, but this was my first debut with the studio. XD I’ve been to debuts, sure, but the last time was way back in 2003/2004, so well… let’s just say it’s been a while. :D And yes, no doubt you’re wondering why it took me a long time to post this. Well… just because. :P

This debut was cool, it had a Broadway theme. Ms. Pooh and her amazing team of coordinators were in charge of the whole event, so let’s just say there was no stress whatsoever. Jesy Alto was Angela’s make-up artist, so it can be said that she just looked gorgeous. And of course, Imagine Nation was covering the event. Need I say more about the quality of the coverage? I didn’t think so. XD
