For Imagine Nation Photography (http://www.imaginenationphoto.com), shot with John Mateos Ong and Gen Poe.
Whoo! First ever out of town with Imagine Nation, as in I rode a plane and stuff. XD Hahaha. This is gonna be kind of a long, LOOOOOOONG entry, so bear with me. Haha.
This was my second time to back-up for Sir Jong. The wedding was in Bohol, so it was kinda semi-sorta like a beach wedding, but not really. It was a beach reception. I ramble. Haha.
It was nice to be with the guys from WANG and Joel and Ms. Madge (who did the hair and make-up, respectively). It was just like one whole vacation, except that we were working.
Anyway, let’s move on.
Ben and Jaimee are both based in the States, so it was cool that they had the wedding here, so that more members of their family could attend. Jaimee is one of the most expressive brides I’ve ever shot. Look at her smile in the pictures… well, down there. Haha.
It was really a HAPPY smile, which makes me HAPPY as well. I love it when people don’t hold back their emotions. Ben is probably the biggest groom I’ve ever shot so far. And I mean big BUFF. He was like Batista! It was a good thing he’s also a very nice person, or I would pretty much be scared during the whole wedding. Kidding.
Anyway, let’s go on with the pictures.
This day found me with a stuffy nose, and a slight fever, but thankfully, it didn’t stop me from being trigger happy. Work does my body good. XD Thank God I was able to perform. Hehe.

This is our bride Jaimee, busy removing the sticker from her shoes. Haha. XD Don’t you just love her shoe choice?

Me, I loved it so much, the shoes got a solo shot. XD

Jaimee’s two dresses. Yes, she has an outfit change.

We headed over to Ben’s room next, while Ms. Madge and Joel were still doing their magic on Jaimee.
Ben dresses up as his groomsmen look on. I toldya he’s massive.

With his family, all flashing the thumbs-up sign. Note that Ben’s brother and best man Joel is as massive as he is. XD

Relaxing in the sun with Joel. XD

Doing what brothers do best: goof around with one another. Aren’t they cute? XD

More guys=more fun. Here’s Ben goofing around with his boys. I love these shots. XD

With a group as crazy as this, you gotta have a jump shot!

Backlight goodness.

After a quick lunch, I headed back over to Jaimee to catch some shots of her as well.
She’s smiling already even while just dressing up. Lahvet.

Some posing while waiting for everyone to get done dressing up.

Jaimee with the gorgeous women in her entourage.
The three in blue starting from her right are her sisters. Just sharing. XD

Jaimee with her matron of honor, her sister, whose baby apparently has a crush on me, because she shushes up every time I’m in the room. It’s either that or she’s scared of me. XD

Me and Jake then headed over to the transportation area where the guests would ride to the church. I think it was 30 minutes away, if I remember correctly, so, well, it took a while. XD My stuffy nose was bothering me too, making me cranky. Haha.
Moving on to the ceremony…
Ben looks on, waiting for Jaimee to make her entrance. You will note that the altar is cool, and the Ben is sweating. No, he’s not nervous; he’s just not used to the Philippine climate. XD

Yeah mehn. XD What an entrance.

Kids. Whatever wedding it may be, you can count on kids eventually becoming bored. One of the bearers entertains himself while the other looks on. XD

Unfortunately for this flower girl, she has nothing to entertain herself with. Haha. XD

Vows time.

The crowd welcomes the newly-married couple. Yay.

Jaimee fans Ben. Sweet. Hehe.

One final blessing for the couple…

And it’s kiss time.

Recessional with a cool washed-out sky.

It’s time for their portraits. The church was cool; there were so many things to do, especially with the textures.

Love this shot.

We then went back to the resort and had more shots there. Here’s one I really like, featuring a nice washed-out sky.
Did I mention I love washed-out skies? XD

Here’s their reception set-up. It’s all blue!

They also had these cute lamps. Hehe.

First dance. Flare lurve. XD

Look at Ben just attack the garter! Haha. XD

Party time!

Sparklers!

The night ended with a bang, literally, with an awesome display of fireworks.

Congrats to you guys! Hope you had as much fun as we did!
i love the shoes too!!! hahahahaha.
my favorite shots are the entrance shot the nose-to-nose with the altar in the background. yay!
