Tacoman by Silantro! :)

So fun trivia: I shot Paolo and Maui and their family before (shameless plug for Quirky Junior! XD), but little did I know that they were the owners/proprietors of Silantro. Yes, that was just a shameless plug for my other website. Haha. XD

So anyway, I was contacted by them to do a food shoot for Tacoman by Silantro earlier this year. Tacoman is basically the younger sibling of Silantro, in that it’s still the same yummy and delicious food from Silantro. 😀 One thing you will notice when you want to dine in Silantro is that THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE lining up/waiting for service, which means IT IS REALLY FREAKING DELICIOUS. But if you are like me (I am one impatient person, sorry ^^;;;), just go to Tacoman! 🙂 It also has a simpler menu than Silantro, which is also great for me, because I’m one guy who doesn’t like too many choices. Actually, as Paolo explained to us, their vision for Tacoman was really for it to be a fast, casual, sit down restaurant. For them, it is easier to expand, and also easier to train people in terms of cooking and serving, because the menu items are again, simpler. 🙂

I will show you more of Tacoman in the following photos, yay. 😀

When we walked in, I was immediately intrigued with the details of the place. Aside from the nice, industrial feel… look, a glimpse of lucha libre! 😀

See? So cool! Sorry, the wrestling fanboy in me was sort of freaking out. I don’t follow any Mexican wrestling, but wrestling is still cool. XD

Some of these photos were used by them, and were displayed around Glorietta to promote Tacoman at Top of the Glo, yay. 😀

Anyway, we went to their Glorietta branch just recently. It opened last April 9, so you know, if you’re in Makati, you should be dropping by already. 😀 And here are some photos of our visit there. 😀
